The Sacramento Police Department is proud to announce the graduation of Academy Class 2017 BR-1. 

The graduating class consists of 43 recruits, 31 of which will be sworn in as Sacramento Police Officers.  The remaining recruits will begin their career working for outside agencies throughout the region. 

The Sacramento Police Department strives to increase diversity within our agency.  We are dedicated in continuing our efforts in having a police force that reflects the community we serve.  Our high standards will always remain the same to ensure we have a team of men and women representing our department who are professional, dedicated and courageous.
