On Friday, June 30, 2017, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Sacramento Police responded to a convenient store on the 7700 block of La Riviera Drive regarding a hit and run collision.
The driver backed from a parking stall in front of the business and collided with another vehicle causing damage. A witness walking in the parking lot, observed the collision, and was subsequently hit by this vehicle as the driver was leaving. This witness received non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying the female driver and her passenger.
· The driver (pictured) is described as a female Hispanic or Indian, 23-25 years old, approximately 5’7 – 5’8 tall, 130 lbs., with long brown hair pulled back into a ponytail. She was wearing a white tank top and shorts.
· The passenger (pictured) is described as a male Hispanic or Indian, 26-27 years old, approximately 6’2 tall, with an average build. The male had hair that was curly on top and shaved on the sides, wearing an orange hat and orange t-shirt.
· Both the male and the female possibly speak Hindi or Fijian.
· The driver’s vehicle is described as a 2012 or newer, white 4-door Nissan Maxima with California license plates. This vehicle possibly has front end driver’s side damage.
