The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying a suspect wanted for multiple indecent exposure incidents.
At this time, the investigation remains active and investigators believe three crimes have been committed by this same suspect and the circumstances are as follows:
· On January 28, 2019, sometime between 3:00 p.m. and 3:45 p.m., in the area of Vallejo Way and Riverside Boulevard, the suspect was reportedly parked and sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. The victims were walking in the area and observed the suspect masturbating with his pants down below his knees. The victims fled the area and the suspect drove away eastbound on Vallejo Way. The vehicle was described as an older, white, 4-door car. The suspect was described as a male white.
· On January 30, 2019, at approximately 5:00 p.m., officers responded to a report of a suspect who was driving eastbound in the 6700 block of Gloria Drive and pulled up next to the victim. The suspect made some inappropriate comments to the victim, pulled down his pants and exposed his genitals. The victim quickly fled the area. Then, the suspect fled eastbound on Gloria Drive. The vehicle was described as an older, white, 4-door sedan. The suspect was described as a male white, approximately 20-years-old, with blond hair, wearing yellow, black and green shorts.
· On January 31, 2019, at approximately 3:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of suspect who was sitting in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle in the area of Freeport Boulevard and 11th Avenue. The victims were walking by and observed the suspect masturbating while sitting in the driver’s seat. The suspect made some inappropriate comments to the victims, then fled westbound on 11th Avenue. The vehicle was described as an older white sedan. The suspect was described as a male white, 25 to 30-years old, short brown hair, short brown mustache, black or blue jacket and blue pants.
There have been no reported injuries during any of these incidents. The Sacramento Police Department is committed to working with our community to identify and locate the suspect responsible for these crimes.
