The Sacramento Police Department is again, asking for the community’s help in identifying a suspect wanted for numerous indecent exposure incidents.
Three reported incidents occurred the last week of January 2019. Below is the link to the original press release related to these three incidents:

Additional incidents have been reported to the Sacramento Police Department since the media release, including an incident in November of 2018 that may also be related. This investigation continues to remain active and the department is seeking any information that the community may have regarding these incidents. The additional circumstances are as follows:
On November 15, 2018, at approximately 2:15 p.m., in the area of Oakshore Drive and Pocket Road, the suspect stopped in his vehicle to talk to the victim. The suspect made inappropriate comments to the victim. The vehicle was described as an older, white, 4-door sedan. The vehicle may have had black on top of it. The suspect was described as either white or Hispanic, 25-30 years old, skinny with short brown hair and no facial hair.
On January 28, 2019, at approximately 4:45 p.m., at Garcia Bend Park, the victim saw the suspect inside his vehicle with his pants down. The suspect was described as a male white with long hair and a moustache. The vehicle was described as a small sedan.
On January 30, 2019, at approximately 2:40 p.m., in the area of Perkins and Riverside Boulevard, a male white adult in his 30’s with brown hair, short on the sides and longer on the top was observed masturbating in his vehicle. The male was skinny, wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. The suspect vehicle was described as an older off-white 4-door sedan. The vehicle was described as ‘not shiny’ with paint chips on the bottom half of the car and a brown/tan panel.
On February 7, 2019, at approximately 5:45 p.m., in the 6200 block of Riverside, a male white adult in his mid-20’s was seen masturbating in his vehicle. The suspect was described as approximately 150-160 lbs, 5’5” to 5’6” tall, wearing a black, flat bill baseball hat, black or dark grey hoodie, with ginger hair, green or blue eyes, and a ginger beard around his mouth. The suspect vehicle was described as a newer model 4-door white sedan with a small spoiler on the back. This vehicle had somewhat tinted windows.
On February 10, 2019, at approximately 2:30 p.m., in the area of 11th Avenue and South Land Park Drive, the victim observed the suspect vehicle following her movements as she was walking in the area. The victim then observed the male with his pants down masturbating. The suspect was described as a male Hispanic adult with dark hair, a thin unshaven beard, wearing a blue ball cap with aviator style sunglasses.
There have been no reported injuries during any of these incidents. The Sacramento Police Department is committed to working with our community to identify and locate the suspect responsible for these crimes.
Investigators from the Sacramento Police Department encourage any witnesses with information pertaining to these incidents to contact the dispatch center at (916) 808-5471 or Sacramento Valley Crime Stoppers at (916) 443-HELP (4357). Witnesses may also submit an anonymous tip using the free “P3 Tips” smartphone app. Witnesses can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
