On Friday, April 12, 2019 at approximately 7:30 a.m., a thirteen-year-old female was walking to elementary school in the 2200 block of John Still Drive. A male Hispanic adult driving a silver 4-door sedan, pulled up next to the victim and asked for directions. As the victim started to answer the suspect’s questions, she noticed the suspect was masturbating. The victim turned and started to walk away westbound.

Officers arrived on scene and contacted the victim. An extensive canvas of the neighborhood was done, capturing video of the suspect’s vehicle. (photo attached)
