Sacramento Police Arrest Suspect of Bias-Motivated Vandalism

In July 2025, the Sacramento Police Department was made aware of two vandalism incidents that occurred in the 4600 block of U St. The vandalisms included the use of swastikas and were determined to be bias-motivated, with the apparent intent to intimidate or terrorize individuals associated with the property.

Through coordinated efforts with our federal partners, detectives identified a suspect who made repeated antisemitic statements and threats towards other marginalized groups across multiple social media platforms. Investigators also determined that the suspect referenced involvement in the bias-motivated vandalism committed in the 4600 block of U Street.

Detectives identified the suspect as 19-year-old Feyd Pounds of Sacramento. Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Pounds related to the bias-motivated vandalism with the intent to intimidate or terrorize. On June 2, Pounds was arrested on the warrant and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail.

The Sacramento Police Department encourages any witnesses with information regarding this investigation to contact the dispatch center at (916) 808-5471 or Sacramento Valley Crime Stoppers at (916) 443-HELP (4357).
