City Portal Sign-up!

Thank you for your interest in signing up with the Sacramento Police City Portal. You're a couple of steps away from creating an account and signing up for services.

Here's how to proceed.

  1. Create credentials using your email address and a password.
  2. Fill in your Address information.
  3. Check your inbox for a validation link to activate your account. It is important to do this within 24-hours of creating the account or it will be removed for non-validation.
  4. Once you have validated your email address your account will be active and you can login and sign up for various services.

Credentials

Minimum password requirements.

  • Must be between 8 and 32 characters in length.
  • Must contain at least 1 upper case letter.
  • Must contain at least 1 lower case letter.
  • Must contain at least 1 number.
  • Must contain at least 1 of the following special characters - !#$&*+.?@^_|~

Address

e.g. 123 Elm St. Do not use apt or suite numbers city state or zip code.
