UPDATE - Through the continued dedication and tireless efforts of our investigators, our department successfully located and arrested two suspects in connection with this homicide. On December 5, 2024, a 16-year-old male was taken into custody on homicide-related charges and booked into Juvenile Hall. Following an ongoing investigation, a homicide warrant was obtained for a 17-year-old male, who was arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall on the evening of September 16th.

UPDATE - Thanks to the diligent and dedicated efforts of our detectives, investigators were able to identify a suspect in this case. Our detectives, with the assistance of multiple specialty units, took 29-year-old Alex Brown of Sacramento into custody on the evening of October 16. Brown has been booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on homicide related charges.
